Clarifying Question re: Tolling Data on SmarterRoads.org

We received a clarifying question regarding the tolling data feeds on SmarterRoads.org via email.  Please see below for the question and reply.

Question:

I'm looking at VDOT tolling data for I-64 & I-66 and trying to relate the "zone id" to lat/long or a point on VDOT linear referencing. Is there spatial data available for zones that the tolling data relate to?

Here are the details the zones for I-66. There is only one zone for I-64. 

I-66 eastbound 
Zone 1 - I-495 to Rt. 7
Zone 2 - Rt. 7 to Washington Blvd
Zone 3 - Washington Blvd to Fairfax Dr.
Zone 4 - Fairfac Dr to Spout Run Parkway

I-66 westbound 
Zone 4 - Spout Run Pkway to Glebe Rd
Zone 3 - Glebe Rd to Sycamore
Zone 2 - Sycamore to Rt. 7
Zone 1 - Rt. 7 to I-495

Ramps within the zone are charged the same price.
This is illustrated in the I-66 or I-64 Express Lanes apps.
